Stratstone represents 14 of the world’s most renowned car brands across more than 50 locations in the UK and employs over 2,700 colleagues. Our mission to be ‘the best motor retailer as judged by you’ lies at the heart of the business as we strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The Stratstone portfolio comprises a range of luxury brands with dealerships located all over the country. Our sites are continuously refurbished and developed to meet the ever-changing needs of customers where they can expect to receive a warm welcome via accessible and digitally-integrated showrooms and state-of-the-art workshops. Stratstone has also undergone a digital transformation in order to cater to new customer requirements. This means customers can now connect with the business virtually via a choice of digital platforms, where you can browse and purchase a car from the comfort of your own home, and receive it via click-and-collect or home delivery.
Committed to improving diversification in the industry and committed to changing perceptions, Stratstone supports a range of campaigns and initiatives to drive an inclusive culture within its own business and across the wider sector. Through our partnerships, we foster an exchange of ideas, spur innovation and inspire us all to do better by finding our place and purpose in our communities; whether that’s internally or externally. Our partnerships include the Automotive 30% Club, Speakers 4 Schools, Retail Week’s Be Inspired, Women Ahead, Whizz-Kidz, the Armed Forces Covenant Recognition Scheme, Stonewall, AutoCar’s Drivers for Change, the Social Mobility Pledge and the Valuable 500.
We are also passionate about the growth of alternative fuel vehicles and educating customers on the options available to them. To help upskill colleagues on all-things EV, we have a network of ‘Bright Sparks’ colleagues who are the go-to experts to support customers in their research and purchase.

As a business, we are committed to sustainability and recognise our social, economic and environmental impact as a result of how we operate. Therefore, we work hard to ensure a fair, ethical and sustainable way of working throughout the company, whether that’s in the treatment of colleagues, impact on the environment or contribution to the community.
We are committed to improving our environmental sustainability by reducing our energy usage and carbon footprint, as well as promoting responsible consumption of products. Five key areas of focus that support our sustainability strategy are: reducing the use of paper and single use plastics; encouraging recycling; reducing energy and gas consumption; reducing water consumption; and reducing road fuel consumption. Our sustainability strategy also looks at our social and economic impact and encompasses everything from relationships with the community, to promoting reskilling within the business.
