To experience the benefits of Proactive Care, ensure your ConnectedDrive account is active, linked to your vehicle, and that you've consented to the terms and conditions. Keep your contact details up to date, which you can conveniently manage on your My BMW App.

  • Active BMW ConnectedDrive contract.
  • Consent to the current BMW ConnectedDrive conditions.
  • Technical activation in the vehicle (smart maintenance and/or ensure mobility).
  • Completion and release of your contact data in the BMW ConnectedDrive profile.
