In recognition and celebration of our brilliant colleagues across Jardine Motors Group, we have collated stories from individuals across our business, sharing a personal insight into how they have overcome barriers in their careers, received important mentoring advice and benefited from development opportunities.
Following the release of our first edition in April, we have collected further inspirational stories from individuals across the Group, with additional articles coming from our Colleague Support Mentors (CSM), our Whizz-Kidz Champions and from our colleagues who were recently named in Autocar’s Top 100 Female Rising Stars.
In this collection of stories, colleagues share what inspired them to take up their voluntary role as a CSM or Whizz-Kidz Champion, and how they have used the skills they have learnt to help others and support the business. Our Autocar Rising Stars share their motivational and inspirational mantras that have helped to shape their careers to date and kept them driven in the pursuit of their goals.
All of these stories outline that our colleagues continue to show resilience and determination and that no matter how many obstacles they have faced, or what adversities that have come their way, they have used these as positive experiences to help them realise the career ambitions.
