Three of our exceptional colleagues have been recognised by the Automotive 30% Club as Inspiring Automotive Women in this year’s awards. We’re proud to have sponsored the Inspiring Automotive Women awards for the third year in a row, which celebrate and recognise the efforts and contributions of women who go above and beyond to make a difference in the industry.
Clare Wright, Group HR Director, Amanda Mogan-Wilson, Head of Communications & Engagement, and Jade Price, Technician at Warrington Audi, have all been recognised in the awards, with Jade receiving the special Trailblazer accolade.

Clare Wright, Group HR Director
Clare is a long term passionate supporter and advocate of diversity and inclusion, chairing our Colleague Culture Council and D&I Steering Group networks to ensure colleagues are listened to. Clare is a mentor through Women Ahead and an ambassador for Retail Week’s Be Inspired initiative, alongside mentoring female colleagues across all levels of the business and coaching male managers to become allies.
Amanda Mogan-Wilson, Head of Communications & Engagement
Amanda champions inclusivity not only within JMG but across the industry. Amanda is passionate in promoting confidence for colleagues to bring the best version of themselves to work and is an advocate of empowering all colleagues to have a voice and be heard. Amanda is a facilitator for the Google ‘I Am Remarkable’ initiative, which focuses on the importance of self-promotion amongst women and other underrepresented groups and challenges the stigma associated with this.
Jade Price, Technician at Warrington Audi
Jade is fearless when it comes to changing perception of women in the workshop. She is an active supporter of the Automotive 30% Club and gets involved as a speaker as well as engaging with schools and supporting internal events. Jade is currently planning to launch her own school outreach programme in her area and hopes to run events with young girls in the workshop to help inspire, change mindsets and perceptions.
Jade received the special Trailblazer accolade for her work to inspire more women to consider Technician roles in the automotive industry and paving the way for women in the workshop.
JMG Inspirational Women
We believe every colleague nominated for this year’s Inspiring Automotive Women awards deserves to be recognised. That’s why we’ve given every nominee our very own JMG Inspirational Women award.
